Shopping

Q: Why can't I see prices for goods?

A: Only registered users have access to the prices of our goods. If you are a registered user, simply login to be able to see the prices. If you are not a registered user, why not register now?

Q: How is my shopping basket stored?

A: Your shopping basket is stored as a cookie on the machine you are using. It will be stored indefinitely unless you choose to delete it when you place an order. This means that you can use the same basket repeatedly to place orders, saving you time.

Q: Is shopping on your site safe?

A: We use the services of Sage Pay to provide credit card payment facilities. Their system uses very strong encryption of your credit card data. We do not store any of your credit card information.
