The company strengthened its manufacturing capacity in 1979 with the installation of CNC machinery, and in 1991 opened a 15,000-square-metre facility to meet growing demand for hydraulic components. OMFB became the first Italian company in its sector to achieve ISO 9001 certification—establishing its reputation for high-quality hydraulic equipment built to international standards.
Innovation and Growth
In 2002, OMFB earned the INNOVATION PRIZE at the Transpotec exhibition for developing the KIPTRONIC electronic control system for tipper trucks. This achievement highlighted OMFB’s commitment to integrating electronics with hydraulic equipment to create smarter, more reliable systems. The company has also expanded its quality certifications to include UNI EN ISO 9001:2008 and ISO/TS 16949:2009.
