As the company evolved, its hydraulics business was sold to Sundstrand Hydratec, which later became part of Sauer Sundstrand and eventually (after a merger in 2000) Sauer Danfoss. Today, these operations are integrated into Dynamatic Technologies, continuing the legacy of innovation that Plessey Dynamics once pioneered. Plessey’s hydraulic technologies have significantly advanced the capabilities of sectors ranging from aerospace to agricultural machinery, marking a lasting footprint in industrial history.
